About Storage Sense - Scranton
Storage Sense sits in Scranton's Green Ridge section and runs both indoor units and outdoor parking for RVs, boats and other vehicles. Reviews call the place clean, the staff friendly, and the units roomy. Keypad entry to the facility and a personal security bolt on each unit come up often, and there are hand trucks and dollies in the waiting area if you don't bring your own. Not everything in the reviews is glowing. Several mention mice and mold problems inside units, and a broken gate has come up more than once. Rent increases are a recurring complaint, with one reviewer saying the rate went up twice in under 15 months. Others say the space is limited and a waiting list kept them waiting before they got in. Book online if you want to skip the phone call. If you're storing something you care about, read the recent reviews yourself before you sign.

“Looked for a storage facility that was close and easy to deal with and found Storage Sense and from day 1 it has been an easy and simple process.” – Timothy R., a year ago, on Google
“Facility is clean and staff is friendly. Convenient and secure keypad entry to the facility, with personal security bolt on the unit itself. Waiting area is nice and there are plenty of hand trucks and dollies if you don't have your own.” – Tucker H., 4 years ago, on Google
“Only one complaint. The units are indoor and you have to put a long code to leave or enter, every single time. There has to be a better way. Other than that, nice units and good employees.” – Tum K., 3 months ago, on Google
