About Storage Sense - Seneca
Storage Sense on the Seneca side of things handles both indoor units and outdoor parking for rigs, boats, and extra vehicles. The property is gated and fenced with keypad entry, video surveillance, and 24/7 access, and there is an on-site U-Haul rental if you need a truck for the move. Reviews land at 4.6 stars across 245 Google ratings, and the staff come up often. People describe the office team as kind and willing to spend time walking them through a rental, and several mention clean units and a secure feel. A few reviewers point to the gated setup as the reason they trust the place with a vehicle. It is not all praise. Some reviewers complain about rent going up, about being charged fees they say were not explained, and about a gate that has been left open at times. Others report slow responses when something needs fixing. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you sign.
