About Storage Sense - Troy
Storage Sense on the Troy side of the river runs indoor and covered units, some of them temperature and climate controlled. Access is through a personalized keypad, and the property is gated with cameras running around the clock. It sits within easy reach of Hudson Valley Community College and downtown Troy. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Carlos gets named more than once for walking people through the paperwork and the facility layout, and another person mentions Sean sorting out a login snag after an online reservation. Clean buildings and available carts show up in the comments too. A few longer-term renters say prices have crept up over time and one had a run-in with management, so read the recent reviews alongside the older ones. The operation is veteran-owned and women-owned, with wheelchair access at the entrance and lot. Moving supplies are sold on site, and leases run month to month.
