About Storage Star
Storage Star sits in Aiken, South Carolina, and offers covered storage along with standard self-storage. The property is gated and has cameras plus lit corridors. Leases run month to month, and you can pay bills online. Drive-up access helps if you are hauling a rig or a boat. Reviews land at 4.8 stars across 375 Google ratings. Much of the praise goes to the staff, who come across as courteous and down to earth. Reviewers mention reasonable rates and easy unloading, and several point to the large elevators. Amy gets named more than once for keeping the place clean and running smoothly. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about repeated rate increases and payment portal changes, and another described a missed appointment and a fee surprise at the counter. Worth reading the recent ones yourself before you sign. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are available. The office keeps hours rather than staying open around the clock.
