About Storage Star
Storage Star sits on Appleway Avenue near I-90, which makes it an easy drop for a rig before a Lake Coeur d'Alene weekend. The lot handles indoor and outdoor storage for RVs and boats, with a lit, gated setup and cameras running around the clock. Rentals go month to month, and you can reserve online instead of driving over to check availability. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. People mention a person actually answering the phone, patient help when payment gets complicated, and a crew that answers questions without rushing you. The location earns steady mentions too. The 4.5 rating across 174 reviews backs that up. Some reviews are not kind. Rodent problems in units come up more than once, along with a note that rodent damage was not covered and a jump in rent on a smaller unit. Worth reading the fine print before you sign. Ask what the crew does about pests on site and how rate changes work. No word on rig length limits, so check that yourself.
