About Storage Star
Storage Star on the South Carolina side of the river serves North Augusta, Augusta, and Belvedere. It's a self-storage facility with covered storage and climate-controlled units, plus month-to-month rentals. The property is gated and lit, with cameras watching the grounds. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, especially Melissa and LaResa, for being polite and patient. The rental process moves fast, and people say they found the right unit size without much back-and-forth. One recent reviewer called the 10x10 clean and spacious, and another appreciated the last-minute help. Not every review is glowing. One renter said the climate-controlled units get warmer than expected in summer and that rent went up more than once. Another felt the corporate side was hard to deal with. It's worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit.
