About Storage World
Storage World is a family-owned self-storage business that has been operating since 1998, with nine locations across Berks County. The Robesonia site handles outdoor vehicle parking alongside standard storage, and the company also runs a moving supply store for boxes and packing gear. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One person needed a spot for a 39-foot RV and said most places wouldn't make time for them, but the manager worked with them on her day off to get things ready for a Sunday morning. Others describe the same manager as kind, prompt with callbacks, and easy to deal with during a complicated cross-country move. A few mention being able to set everything up from out of state. Cleanliness comes up too, with reviewers noting the units, office and grounds were well maintained. People also call the prices great and the process easy. Online payments and rentals are offered if you'd rather not handle things in person.
