About Storage World
Storage World is a family-owned self-storage business that has been running since 1998, with nine locations across Berks County. The Sinking Spring spot offers outdoor vehicle parking alongside drive-up units and a store for packing and moving supplies. Online payments and rentals are available, though the office keeps regular hours rather than staying open around the clock. Reviewers consistently mention the staff, and names like Melissa, Gabrielle, and Aries come up as helpful and quick to respond. One trailer owner said a call was returned the same day and a spot secured on the spot. The lot has cameras, a coded access gate, barbwire fencing, and an asphalt driveway with snow removal, which one reviewer called a good value. A few notes from the reviews: one person found a slanted spot on a small hill tricky to load, and another didn't care for the online application platform. The company also rents out a truck for moving, which several people appreciated.
