About StorageCityMH.com

StorageCityMH offers indoor and outdoor storage for RVs and boats in Mountain Home, Arkansas. The facility has drive-up access, so you can pull right up to load and unload. It's gated and under video surveillance, with lights on the grounds. You can get in anytime since it's open 24/7. Reviewers often mention the staff, especially Mae, Michael, and Felix, for being quick to help. One person said they had a leaky unit but the team moved them to another unit within 24 hours. Others praise the cleanliness and security, and a few note that online rental was easy. Pricing gets called reasonable, and one reviewer was glad to find climate-controlled space when other places were full. Not every note is positive. One reviewer tracked temperatures in a climate-controlled unit and said it got too hot and humid during summer. If you're storing sensitive items, that's worth asking about. The facility also has U-Haul on site and sends monthly billing reminders. Overall, it's a solid option with responsive staff and good security.
