About StorageMart

StorageMart sits on Highway 40 in Blue Springs, and the reviews back up the 4.9 rating. The name that keeps coming up is Rick, the store manager. People describe him as kind and accommodating, and one reviewer said he helped them out of a pinch on short notice. Staff get called friendly and personable again and again, and a few folks mention a fast, easy sign-up and an online booking that went smoothly. The setup is gated with security cameras and lit grounds, and there are drive-up buildings so you can unload without hauling things across a lot. RV owners use it to get rigs out of the driveway, and boat storage is listed too. Climate controlled units are available for anything that doesn't handle temperature swings. Parking runs month to month, so seasonal storage works fine. One reviewer wished they'd read the insurance details before signing, though it got sorted on the spot. The location is a little off the beaten path. Rick also helped a customer spray down their unit on move-in day.
