About StorageMart
StorageMart on Worley sits just behind the Stadium Shopping Center and Columbia Mall, so it is an easy stop off the main drag in Columbia. For RV owners, the draw is indoor and outdoor vehicle parking under gated entry with 24/7 video surveillance. The grounds and units come up clean in reviews, and the lot is lit. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Carmen at the Worley office gets named again and again for walking people through sizes and pricing and for staying helpful after the sale. Patrick is credited with clearing up confusing quote information from another location, and Melissa and Heather get similar notes for being patient and thorough over the phone. Several people mention the rental paperwork being simple to handle online. Units are climate controlled where things are temperature-sensitive, and drive-up access makes unloading simpler. Moving supplies are sold on site. If you want specifics on availability or pricing, call the office.

“Great service from Patrick! I originally called the Paris Road location and spoke to three different representatives, and somehow all three gave me different quotes for the exact same unit. It was incredibly confusing.” – Aila H., 3 months ago, on Google
“I really appreciate the personal customer experience I received from Debbie at Jeff City site and Carmen at W Worley Columbia site recently. I am moving and had difficulty securing a new unit online.” – Christy G., 3 months ago, on Google
“Just got my unit today. Although my unit is at the Worley location, Melissa, at the main office, got me all set up over the phone. She took time to answer all of my questions. She was friendly, personable, pleasant, patient and thorough.” – Suzanne N., a year ago, on Google
