About StorageMart
StorageMart in Frankfort keeps things simple. Outdoor spots for RVs and boats sit behind a gate, with cameras and lights around the property. You get a code and come and go on your own schedule. Reviewers mention the gate and cameras, and a few say they feel their stuff is safe. The office staff gets a lot of mentions. People say they're informative and friendly, and that the whole process was easy. Sarah gets named in one review for being great to work with. Most reviewers call the place clean and well-maintained. A 4.8 rating from 193 reviews backs that up. One reviewer warned about extra fees they didn't expect, so read your lease. Another said a 5x20 unit didn't seem 20 feet long. Others had smooth moves, though one couldn't unload on a Sunday. That's the kind of thing to check before you show up with a rig.
