About StorageMart
StorageMart sits in Germantown, Wisconsin, and rents covered and indoor storage along with regular self-storage units. The building is lit, gated, and watched by cameras around the clock. You get in with a PIN, and climate controlled units are available. Reviews mostly come back to the staff. Sharon gets named over and over for walking people through the process and answering questions clearly. Reviewers describe the place as clean and orderly, and one mentions it's heated, which helps in a Wisconsin winter. Others call out the easy in-and-out access and the walk-throughs where staff call if something looks off. Not everything is glowing. One reviewer was unhappy about a rate increase and an insurance charge that showed up on the first bill rather than at signing. Leasing runs month to month, so you aren't locked into a long commitment. Support is reachable around the clock if you'd rather ask about covered or indoor RV space before you drive over.
