About StorageMart
RV owners passing through Lexington can park their rig in an outdoor spot at this StorageMart on Winchester Road. It's gated, lit, and has cameras running around the clock. You get access 24/7, so you're not tied to an office schedule. The place gets a 4.8 from 308 Google reviews, and the staff come up a lot. Reviewers mention Adam and Heather by name for being polite and explaining things clearly. One person said their unit flooded and Aaron found them another one fast, even staying late to sort it out. Others call the lot clean and well maintained. Not everyone is happy. A reviewer warned about insurance charges billed without clear notice and a gate that sometimes malfunctions. Worth knowing before you sign. If you want a straightforward spot with people who pick up the phone, this one's on the list.
