About StorageMart
On 12th Ave. Road in Nampa, StorageMart runs a gated facility with keypad entry. Units are drive-up and level, which makes hauling gear in and out less of a chore. Indoor parking is available to rent onsite for rigs that need a roof. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything. Several mention a specific employee by name and describe her as helpful and clear about the process. Others note the grounds stay clean and that setting up an account was quick. One out-of-state couple set things up online, drove in, and were handed cold water while they unloaded. Rates come up as reasonable, and a few people mention discounts. Not every review is glowing. One renter complained about a rate increase after two months and said they were looking elsewhere. Monthly leasing is flexible. Expect to pay only for the time you store.
