About StorageMart

StorageMart sits on Redick Ave in Omaha, near Tranquility Park and the Omaha Children's Museum. It's a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage, so you can park a rig alongside household goods. The lot is gated and lit, with cameras and 24/7 access for tenants. Reviewers keep bringing up Matt, the location manager. People describe him as friendly, patient and willing to walk them through access and answer questions without rushing. A few mention billing snags, and in those cases they say he sorted things out quickly. The facility itself comes up as clean and easy to get into. Renters have been at this location for years, and the long-timers sound satisfied with the service. A couple of reviews mention rent increases, so ask about pricing when you reserve.
