About StorageMart
This StorageMart sits on E Florida St in Springfield, with indoor and drive-up units plus parking for cars, RVs and boats. The property is gated and lit, with cameras running around the clock and gate access available any hour. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Kelley, Christina and William get named for being kind and patient, and several people mention getting a clear walkthrough of the gate codes and security before signing anything. Others call the units clean and the online rental and payment process easy to handle. One reviewer picked the place partly because the price was the lowest they found nearby. Not every review is glowing. One person reported mice getting into stored household items and ruining them, so it's worth asking about pest control before you commit. Office staff are onsite during business hours, and there's a 24/7 customer service line for everything else.
