About StorageMart
StorageMart sits on NE Venture Drive in Waukee, close to Warrior Park and Fox Creek. It's a self-storage facility that also lists outdoor parking for RVs and boats, so there's room for the rig and the trailer. The property is gated with 24/7 security cameras and lit grounds, and units come in climate-controlled and standard options. Reviews mention clean units and a tidy, secure lot. Staff get the most praise by far, with people calling them helpful and accommodating. A few reviewers mention the reservation process and check-in going quickly. Some reviews aren't glowing. One person said the entry fence was broken and stood open all weekend. Others describe rate increases and late fees they didn't expect. Worth asking about billing before you sign. The office keeps regular hours, and packing supplies are sold on site.
