About Store It All Self Storage - Del Norte
This is a big self-storage operation on the Del Norte side of Laredo, with more than 350 units and space for vehicles. It sits close to the border, which makes it handy if you are crossing back and forth. Gate access runs from 6am to 10pm with your own code. Reviewers tend to talk about the people first. Several call the staff friendly, polite, and patient with questions, and one mentions a manager who waited after closing to take in a vehicle and even called a taxi. Others mention morning and evening walk-arounds of the units. The rating sits at 4.5 across 108 reviews. The recurring complaint is the access gate. One reviewer said it was occasionally left open and was told wet weather caused it. Ask about the gate and your unit's terms when you sign, as one reviewer advises, so nothing gets argued about later.
