About Store Lexington, LLC
Store Lexington runs basic outdoor storage units in Lexington, VA. Reviewers describe them as clean, easy to get to, and safe, and several mention the price being reasonable for the area. The online side gets a fair amount of mention. Renters say the online rental process is quick and the site makes paying bills easy. One reviewer had a billing mistake fixed by Max on a weekend after emailing. Renting online and paying online are both options, and access runs 24/7. Not every review is smooth. A couple of renters mention a required move out notice they say wasn't spelled out at signing, and one notes a late fee with no warning. One reviewer had trouble with a step up into a unit and says they weren't moved or refunded. Ratings sit at 3.8 from 24 Google reviews. If something matters to you, ask before you sign.
