About Store Smart Self Storage
Store Smart Self Storage sits in Lebanon, Tennessee. It's a small place, and reviews are mixed. The Google rating is 3.3 from 18 reviews, so don't expect a spotless reputation. Some renters mention break-ins. One reviewer said their unit was broken into twice and found it without a lock. Another said they were lied to about a lock and a fee. On the other hand, a few people had good things to say. One called the owner easy to work with on a U-Haul rental. Another mentioned friendly service. A couple of reviews bring up payment problems, like the phone not being answered when it's time to pay. If you're thinking about parking your rig here, it's worth a drive by and a talk with the office. Ask about security and how payments work. The feedback suggests you should check things out for yourself.
