About StoreEase Self Storage
StoreEase runs a self storage facility in Macon, Georgia, and the rental side is mostly virtual. You can book a unit online and get through the move-in process in a few minutes without sitting down with a manager. Reviews back that up. People mention the online service and say renting was easy. The staff get consistent mention in the reviews. Several reviewers name employees who helped them through booking and describe them as patient, professional, and kind. The facility itself comes up as clean and well maintained. Services listed include climate control, alarm monitoring, and online payments. Not every review is positive. One reviewer warns the place is unattended and says break-ins have happened, and that the night alarm no longer works. A couple of reviewers also flag the privacy of the fully automated setup. If security is your main concern with an RV, it is worth reading through the recent reviews yourself before you commit.
