About StoreEase Self Storage
StoreEase runs a self-storage facility on the edge of Vine Grove, and the reviews split in a way worth knowing before you sign. Staff get consistent praise. One reviewer called a team member a great help over the phone, and others describe quick setup and polite service. The gate has been reported broken for months, though, and more than one reviewer ties that to a security worry. Outdoor parking is the practical option here. Reviewers say the lot around the units has been rented out for cars, which makes maneuvering a moving truck tighter than it used to be. Climate control shows up in the amenity list if you need it for what you're storing. The recurring complaint is rate increases. Long-term renters describe payments roughly doubling over several years, with notices every few months and little visible improvement. If you want a stable monthly number, ask for the increase history up front. The facility is clean per reviewers, and management has resolved billing and due-date issues when people reached out.
