StorQuest Self Storage

About StorQuest Self Storage

StorQuest on Canoga Park handles indoor and outdoor storage, and vehicle drive-up units are part of the mix, so you can pull an RV or boat up to your space. The lot is gated and access runs 24/7. Unit sizes go from 10 sq. ft. up to more than 400, so there is room for a small trailer or a full rig. The facility also sells moving supplies and does business storage. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. The crew gets called helpful over and over, and one person said the guy at the front desk explained how storage worked even while helping other customers. Another praised Roy by name for setting them up. People describe the place as clean and secure, and one long-time renter said they never had leaks, moisture or odd smells. A few reviews mention the rental process moving fast and easy, with staff steering them toward a unit that fit better than the one they picked. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer complained about being charged for two units after a switch. Carts were also noted as sometimes unavailable. That is about it for complaints against a 4.8 rating from 440 reviews.
