About Storwell Storage
Storwell Storage sits on McNamara Road in Crescent City, and the reviews back up the 4.8 rating. People keep mentioning the staff by name. One reviewer had a lock cut within minutes of calling about a lost key. Another had a question answered by a quick call back. Over and over, the words are patient, courteous, helpful. The setup is straightforward. Drive-up units, indoor units, and parking spots for cars, RVs, and trailers. The gate is open 6am to 9pm daily, and security cameras watch the property. Rentals can be handled online, and so can payments and access code changes. One reviewer said the phone number gets everything done. A few reviewers mention rates and fees, including one who was told a quoted rate could not be honored. Worth asking about before you commit. But the crew is what people write about most, and one reviewer said to keep a certain receptionist because the company is lucky to have her.
