Stow-Away Mini-Storage

About Stow-Away Mini-Storage

Stow-Away Mini-Storage handles self-storage in Sutherlin, and the categories listed include auto, boat and RV storage alongside the usual units. It's an office-hours operation, not a 24/7 gate, so plan your drop-off around that. The reviews lean heavily on the people. One longtime tenant with two units says the manager has always been helpful and accommodating, and even squeezed them into a second unit when they were in a bind. Others describe the staff as nice and understanding, including working with them through a couple of rough months on payments. A reviewer who mentioned the manager by name said she puts customers first during office hours. Another reviewer liked the unit prices and called the owner friendly, plus there's a dog in the office that got a mention. The recurring theme is simple: tenants feel their stuff is safe and feel confident in the service. If a straightforward storage spot with staff who answer the phone is what you're after, this one keeps showing up as a solid choice.
