About Sun Cities RV Compound Inc.

Sun Cities RV Compound is a gated storage lot in Surprise, Arizona, open only to residents of Sun City, Sun City Grand, Sun City West, Sun City Festival, and Corte Bella. You'll need to show your community ID to use it. The lot stores RVs, travel trailers, boats on trailers, campers, and utility trailers. Rates get called a great deal by reviewers, and the place has a 4.8-star average from 185 Google reviews. Security is a big theme in the reviews. People mention guards on site and a guard shack at the gate, and the lot is described as clean and secure, with no junkers around. There's a dump station and fresh water at the entrance, plus a wash rack (bring your own hose). One reviewer noted you can't work on your rig there, which keeps things tidy. Some policies have changed over the years, like no walking on the property, so check the current rules. The office closes at 11:30 on weekdays and is closed weekends. To get a spot, you need an appointment to have your rig measured, then you go on a waitlist. Staff come across as friendly and helpful in reviews. It's worth the wait if you qualify.
