About Sun City Mini Storage
Sun City Mini Storage is a self-storage facility off the main drag in Sun City, and it handles more than just household goods. The categories listed include automobile, boat and luggage storage, so RV owners have parked rigs here. Climate-controlled units are mentioned too. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially Heather, the site manager. People say she explains everything, gets setups done fast and made the process easy. The lot gets called simple and clean. One renter moving to Menifee got a unit last minute and a lock on the spot. A few reviews flag friction around rates. One person did not understand why a special rate did not apply when signing up on the first of the month, said the contract showed the full rate, and read the admin fee as monthly. Another mentioned a senior discount. Hours are posted, and the office is not open around the clock.
