About Super Storage Self Storage
Super Storage sits right off the I-275 exit at 54th Av N, so you can pull in without winding through side streets. They rent both AC indoor units and outdoor spaces, and there is a 24/7 kiosk if you need to rent after hours or buy a lock. The place doubles as a UPS Store, which is handy if you need a mailbox, copies, notary service, or to ship something while you're there. Moving supplies are on hand too. Reviewers often bring up the staff, calling them nice and helpful, and a few mention the property being clean and well kept. One visitor said the employee walked them through everything and left them in a better mood than they arrived in. Not every review is warm. Someone complained about being treated rudely as an existing customer, and another person had a dispute over a storage auction payment and a refused receipt. Parking is tight according to one reviewer, with room for roughly 10 cars. The lot is small, so a truck can be a squeeze. It's a busy facility. Calling ahead is worth it if you want to know what's open.
