About Superior Self-Storage Inc

Superior Self-Storage sits in Ballard and handles indoor and outdoor storage for RVs, boats, trailers, sprinter vans and autos. It is a straightforward lot, not a high-tech one. One reviewer liked the simple setup: come when they are open, drop your rig, come back when you need it. Access is the sticking point in the reviews. Hours are posted, but several people say the schedule shifts and that the lot opens when the owners choose to be there. One reviewer was asked to leave without warning; another could not get in on weekends or holidays. A reviewer also reported their trailer was tampered with twice in about 18 months and said the response from an owner ended the lease. Others found the price fine and the location good, though one described chicken wire between units as less than secure. Staff get mentioned a few times, in mixed terms. If you need predictable weekend access, read the reviews before you commit.
