About Superior Self Storage Units, LLC
Superior Self Storage sits just seconds off Hwy 20 in Rockford, so you're not winding through town with a trailer. The lot has wide aisles, which makes swinging into a drive-up unit a lot less stressful. It's gated and has 24/7 HD digital monitoring plus on-site walk-throughs. Reviewers often mention the staff. Mike gets named for being helpful and kind, and one long-term renter says they've had no issues with staff or the facility. Others call the units bone dry, the payment process fast and easy, and the pricing good. A few note the place stays quiet with little traffic. Not every review is positive. One person had contract problems and lost access, and another reported a break-in with little help from the manager. The overall rating is 4.4 from 40 reviews. If you want straightforward drive-up storage close to the highway, it's worth a look.
