About Superior Storage - Pilot Mountain
Superior Storage sits on Foothill Drive in Pilot Mountain, and the reviews back up the 4.9 rating. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name, especially Lauren, for being friendly and quick to answer questions. One customer moving from Florida said the whole process was handled smoothly from a distance. Another needed a unit fast and had one set up over the phone in minutes. The place is fully fenced and well-lit, with cameras and keypad entry at the gate. Indoor climate-controlled units are available, and every rental comes with a free lock. There is drive-up access on the ground floor and an on-site manager. Online bill pay, auto pay, and tenant insurance are offered, and major credit cards are accepted. One reviewer noted the gate closes at 9pm, which matters if you keep late hours. Otherwise the feedback is about easy access and a facility that feels close to home. You can reserve a unit online.
