About Synergy Storage
Synergy Storage sits in Burns and serves the surrounding towns, with gated keypad access and more than 50 security cameras on site. Reviewers often mention feeling safe there, and several point to the cameras as the reason. Boat and RV parking is available alongside standard drive-up and temperature-controlled units. People who rented here describe the process as easy, with efficient staff and quick help when something came up. A few note the units are on the larger side, and one said the price felt a little high for the square footage. Others mention a welcome kit and a lock provided at move-in. Not every review is positive. One customer reported water damage and mold on stored items, and another mentioned mice. The facility is fully fenced, offers online payments and alarm monitoring, and has a 4.8 rating across 114 Google reviews. Call or check the website to book.

What renters mention
“Wonderful experience with Synergy Storage! When I found myself in a situation where I needed to get a storage unit in Dickson very last minute, AND on a Sunday, I was not surprised when Google showed all of them were closed.” – Bridget L., a year ago, on Google
“I found and had to do business with Synergy Storage by unfortunate circumstances. Our new build is 4 months past contract completion date and our current is closing in a week. I am so wary of using storage facilities for obvious reasons.” – Ashley T., 2 years ago, on Google
“I'd give them a 4.8 if possible only because I think they're a just a tad bit too high on the price for the size of the units. And usually, most sizes are in squared measurements, which the unit I rented was not.” – Heather H., 6 months ago, on Google
