About THE STORAGE CONNECTION

The Storage Connection in Collinsville runs a clean, well-kept lot. Reviewers keep coming back to that: no insects or rodents, tidy units, and a gate that stays locked down. One person had a large unit for over a year and had only good things to say. Another mentions dust getting into their unit, so that's worth knowing if you're storing something sensitive. The people get mentioned as much as the property. Barb is named in one review for being consistently helpful, and a young man who handled a rental was called extremely friendly. Rates are described as good. One caution from a reviewer: rent is due the 1st, and the gate locks you out that same day if payment hasn't come through. Pay on time and you won't have a problem. Call ahead for hours and availability.
