About The Storage Place

The Storage Place on West Oak in Palestine rents self-storage units in a range of sizes, from 5x5 up to 10x30. That covers everything from a few boxes to a full household or an RV. The facility is a self-storage spot that also lists boat and RV storage among its categories. Reviews are mixed but lean positive. Several people mention Jen and Beau by name and say they went out of their way to help, including one RVer who fell behind after an illness. Others call the service quick and professional, and one reviewer describes the place as clean and comfortable. A few reviews are bluntly negative, and one compares the feel to a prison, so it is worth a visit before you commit. The company says it focuses on clean, ready-to-use units and customer service. Hours are posted, but the office is not open around the clock. Call ahead if you need to talk to someone about a specific unit.
