About Tri City Self Storage
Tri City Self Storage in Loomis offers RV and boat parking plus regular storage units. Reviewers consistently mention how clean the property is. One person who rented for over three years said it's always very clean and the customer service has been excellent. Security gets noticed too. A personal gate code is required for entry and exit, and each unit has an alarm that sounds if you don't enter your code at the gate. One long-term renter called it extra added security they hadn't seen elsewhere. Others mention feeling safe every time they're on site. Staff come up often in reviews. Garrin was described as responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Another reviewer mentioned Kelvin, the new property manager, making a rough day go smoothly. People also talk about easy access and reasonably priced units. The facility is gated and has online payments and packing supplies available.
