About Tri-State Storage
Tri-State Storage sits in Sioux Falls and rents outdoor spots, including a 10x30 open parking option. Reviewers who parked trailers there say booking online was easy and the gate is simple to get through. One noted the spots run a little tight, so backing skill helps. Folks who left reviews mention reasonable rates and a clean property. A couple of them saw friendly security patrols while they were on site. The owner gets good words too. Cameras and 24-hour access are part of the setup, and you can book online or call to set something up by appointment. It is not all glowing. One reviewer had a rough time with an online rental that did not go through and a manager who would not meet them at the facility. Another found a few boxes damp at the bottom after a few months. Worth reading through the reviews yourself before you commit.
