About Trio Self Storage LLC
Trio Self Storage sits in Cleburne and does double duty: regular self storage units plus parking for RVs, boats, and cars. Unit sizes run from 5'x10' up to 12'x30', so there's room for household goods or a rig. Access is seven days a week, and the place is described as clean with modern security. Reviews land at 4.4 stars across 29 ratings. Management comes up most often, and the feedback splits. Several people call the staff kind, professional, and helpful, and one reviewer renting a U-Haul said the owner worked with them for a better experience. Others describe office staff as unprofessional and report trouble reaching anyone, along with gate codes that changed and a broken gate. Cleanliness gets mentioned too, mostly in a good way. One reviewer praised the landscaping and said the grounds are always clean. Another noted the facility was upfront after a fire that was out of their control. If you want current pricing and availability, the office is the place to ask.
