About Trunk Space Storage
Trunk Space Storage sits on Fellsway in Medford, and it covers more ground than the name suggests: self-storage, vehicle and boat storage, and a moving supply store on site. The building is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking. Reviewers with hundreds of ratings behind them keep coming back to the staff, especially Katie, who shows units in person, walks people through access, and follows up after an online rental. People mention clean units and a building that feels secure. One customer of four years notes the climate control and the dollies left out for moves. A student who rented for the summer called the whole process mostly excellent, with a caveat about the on-site restroom. Several reviewers switched from bigger chains because they wanted to talk to an actual person, and they say this place delivered that. If you are parking an RV for the season, the office is worth a call before you book.
