About Trusted Choice Storage

Trusted Choice Storage is a self-storage lot on the Clarksville side, recently renovated and kept up. Outdoor parking fits RVs, boats and campers alongside the regular storage units. The lot is fully fenced with a security gate, and each renter gets a unique access code. Cameras run around the clock. Reviews land at 4.2 stars across 18 ratings, and the themes that come up are safety and cleanliness. One reviewer called the premises clean and well-maintained, and another mentioned staff being courteous and quick to answer questions. There is a story in there about a manager pulling personal items out of a unit and setting them aside in a box up front, which is not the kind of thing you hear every day. Not everyone is happy. One long-time renter wrote about trouble getting through the gate and not reaching anyone by phone, so ask about access hours before you commit. Rentals can be set up online or by phone, and bills are handled on the website.
