About TRUX Parking
TRUX Parking runs a 5.5-acre lot in Lithonia with easy highway access, so getting a rig in and out is not a fight. The yard is fenced, lit, and gated. Gate entry runs through an app, and there are security cameras watching comings and goings. Stabilized surfaces, a dumpster, and a restroom on site round out the basics. Drivers who review it tend to mention the security setup and the amount of room to park. One said the staff handled a blocked-in situation quickly, moved the other truck, and credited back the lost time. Others praise a staff member by name for walking them through gate access. The app gets credit for autopay, receipts, and managing entry. Not everyone is happy. Some reviews warn that when the gate fails or it is after hours, reaching a person can be slow, and the automated phone assistant drew complaints about long delays. If you want a live voice on the line before you commit, that is worth knowing. Open around the clock.
