About U-Haul Moving & Storage of Ocoee
This is a U-Haul branch on West Colonial Drive in Ocoee, near Maguire Road, and RV storage sits alongside the truck rentals and self-storage. The storage here is covered, with 24/7 access and security cameras on site. It's also a full moving operation, so you can grab boxes, tape, and bubble wrap while you're there, and they'll buy back unused boxes. Reviews are mixed and lean on the service side. Several people praise the desk staff and point to specific employees who worked through complicated problems. Reviewers also mention easy scheduling for hitch installs and helpful updates before appointments. On the other side, a few describe long waits, including one hitch job that ran hours past the quote, and a reservation where the truck was blocked in. Ratings sit at 3.7 stars across 248 reviews. Worth a drive-by to see the covered spots yourself, and calling ahead about availability makes sense before you haul the rig over.
