About U-Haul Moving & Storage of Warwick
This is a U-Haul lot on the Warwick side of things, near East Greenwich and Cranston. Beyond truck and trailer rentals, it handles covered RV storage, and the units have 24/7 access with lighting. Handy if you want to pull the rig out at odd hours. Reviews run mixed, and the 3.3 rating across 116 reviews reflects that. People single out kind, efficient staff and an easy process, and one customer praised an employee named Derek for making things smooth. Clean trucks and quick pickup and drop off come up too. The complaints lean toward unprofessional moments and billing snags, including a credit card issue on a storage unit payment. Hitch installation is a big part of what happens here, and the feedback splits. One reviewer had a great first install and came back, then had a worse second visit. Another reported a wiring and mounting job that failed. Call ahead if you need a specific service same day.
