About U-Stor Self Storage Rabbit Hill
A self storage spot on State Road 16, about a mile off Ponce de Leon and US 1, between the Royal Saint Augustine Golf course and Masters Drive. Folks around downtown, Flagler College and Vilano Beach use it. The place runs climate controlled and standard units, plus drive-up units, and units go from 25 to 200 square feet. The property is gated with coded access, motion detectors and alarms, and there is outside parking and storage for trailers and boats. Managers live on site. Reviewers bring up affordability a lot, and several mention the climate controlled units and the cordial staff. The reviews are not all rosy. A few people flag rats, and one notes a mismatch between listed 24 hour access and the actual gate hours. Larger reviews point to a clean, open lot and a manager who was patient with a difficult tenant. Moving boxes and supplies are sold there, and online payments are accepted. It is worth knowing the gate access window before you commit.
