About U Storage
U Storage in Benton keeps indoor and outdoor units, with room for boats and RVs alongside regular self storage. The grounds are fenced and lit, and the units get a regular cleaning from staff who are on top of it. The place holds a 5.0 rating across six Google reviews, which is a small sample but a clean one. Access runs 24/7, and the rate is locked for a year, so you know what you're paying going into it. Signing up takes about five minutes according to people who've done it, and there's an app for getting in and out that the staff will walk you through. You can also pay your bill online. Reviewers keep coming back to the same things: clean units, helpful people, and a gate that works. Folks mention Nic and David by name for making move-in easy, and one reviewer said they never saw a bug in their unit. Another called it the best rental experience they'd had. It's a straightforward setup with people who answer when you call.
