About U Storage
U Storage sits on Hwy 36 in Searcy and handles more than the name suggests: drive-up self-storage units plus covered outdoor parking for RVs and boats. Sizes run from 10' x 5' up to 20' x 20'. Parking spaces and units come with 24/7 access and a one-year rate lock. Reviewers describe a well-kept facility that looks protected and well maintained, with room to store your toys. Several note the paint, lighting and safety changes since new ownership took over, and one mentions an easy unit transfer with friendly help at the office. A few mention a smooth setup and a small issue fixed the next day. The reviews are not all warm. One customer wrote about being locked out after paying, saying locks go on the first and calls go unanswered. The rating sits at 4.5 from 17 reviews, so read the recent ones before you commit. Climate-controlled storage is mentioned at the facility, though one reviewer specifically notes non-climate units.
