About U-Store-It-Here
U-Store-It-Here is a storage yard in Roy, Utah, set up for more than just household overflow. The listings cover RV, ATV, auto and boat storage, and units come in small, medium and large. It's a self-storage facility first, with online payments if you'd rather not stop by the office. Reviews land at 4.4 stars across 46 Google ratings, and they don't all agree. Several people praise the on-site manager, one calling him friendly and saying his presence makes the place feel more secure. Others say the opposite: they describe a run-down look, stray items lying around, and worries about who can walk in when the office is open. Security cameras and security in general come up often, in both directions. On price, reviewers tend to say it's fair, and at least one person drives about 35 miles and stays anyway. If you're comparing lots around Roy, this one is worth a look in person so you can judge the security setup yourself.
