About U-Store-It
U-Store-It is a self-storage facility in Las Cruces with a 4.1-star rating from 93 Google reviews. The place runs on an electronic gate with personalized code entry, plus a digital surveillance system and bright facility lights. It sits alongside the usual packing supply offerings: locks, boxes, and whatever else you forgot to grab before the move. Reviewers tend to land on the staff. People call them kind and helpful, and several mention how easy the whole process was, including one renter who worked with the new manager on a unit size transfer. Others point to clean, accessible units and say they would drive across town to store here. A few reviews mention paying rent online and buying supplies on site without making a second trip. The complaints are there too. One person had trouble getting a call back about a payment, and another said the website reservation system kept throwing errors. Management is on site during office hours, so a phone call or a stop by the office is the way to sort those things out.
