About Universal U-Store-It
Universal U-Store-It is a self-storage facility in Bluffton, Ohio. The place offers inside storage, climate-controlled storage, outside storage, RV parking and trailer parking. Access is 24/7, so you can get to your rig on your own schedule. Reviews are mixed, and the main complaint is phone service. Multiple reviewers say calls go unanswered and voicemails don't get returned. One waited weeks for a callback. Another praised the unit itself as clean and secure and the staff as friendly and polite. It's a 3.0-star facility on Google across 8 reviews. If you need a spot for an RV or trailer and want around-the-clock access, it's worth a look, but be ready to stop by in person rather than rely on the phone.
