About Uptain Mobile Home Park
Uptain Mobile Home Park sits in the country outside Jasper, and the owner describes it as quiet living just minutes from town. The listing covers lot rental. That is about as far as the facts go on what is actually offered here. Reviews are mixed, and the recent ones are blunt. Several residents say the owner cuts grass and little else, and that rent has gone up without repairs following. Water drainage is a repeated complaint, with one reviewer saying a blocked culvert damaged their trailer. Others mention strict rules and an owner who is quick to argue. Not every comment is negative. One reviewer calls it a quiet park and points out the tall power lines overhead. Another came for mobile home parts and says the owners plan to close by summer. If you are weighing a spot here, the reviews are worth reading start to finish first.
